Euskal-denda is a 'physical' shop, which goes years offering the best Basque products to its clients. Now, through www.euskal-denda.com, you can also acquire comfortably our products. You can see the location of the shop in the section 'Location'.
Can I return the products I bought?
Yes. Since you receive them at home you have 7 days to verify that they are those that you have asked and that you like. Otherwise, you can return them by post or to the shop and we will return you the money. Please, bear in mind that the returned products have to be in perfect condition, and that the CDs and DVDs must have their original seal.
How is postage and handling calculated?
The postage and handling are calculated automatically, bearing in mind the weight of the order and the address of shipment. Anyway, during the process of purchase you will see clearly the total amount of the order, included the postage and handling, before confirming your purchase.
How do you send it?
The parcel is sending either by Post (according to the form of shipment chosen) or, with a reliable carrier.
How long will take the order to reach me?
It depends on the way you choose to receive it, and the destination of the parcel. With normal Package, it will reach between 5 and 15 days. With the economic Package, you will be able to gather it in your post office in 20-30 days
Which are the forms of payment?
